This is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing clients and referring them through our network
• Our team manages client contracts and billing
• Acting as a consultant on client projects
• Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions
• Creating an independent client referral pipeline
• Promoting our services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals
• Earning a share of our daily billing based on referral work

To qualify, you should have:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas
• Ability to source leads, manage deals, and handle client expectations
• Problem-solving skills
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network
• Professional communication skills and a good telephone manner
