Le Casino de Berck sur Mer, a subsidiary of the Groupe Partouche, a leader in its casino market.

Our core business is entertainment. Besides its gaming room open 7 days a week, our establishment also features a quality restaurant.

As part of a replacement, we are looking for a MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (H/F).

Main Missions of the Position

1. Supervising operations, control, intervention, and technical investigation on gaming installations.
2. Controlling compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures.
3. Controlling adherence to safety instructions.
4. Ensuring quality customer relations and Animating the gaming room.
5. Participating in commercial operations and managing the loyalty program.
6. Managing the teams present in the gaming room and Leading the teams.
7. Supervising administrative documents.
8. Following interventions by external service providers.
9. Handling LCB-FT procedures.
10. Detecting risky behaviors and Participating in the prevention of gambling abuse risks.
11. Managing customer follow-up.
12. Managing conflicts.

Profile

Mastering the operation and management of Slot Machines.

Mastering various table games.

Mastering IT tools.

Knowing gaming regulations.

You already have experience as a MCD.

Excellent presentation, characterized by your dynamism, interpersonal skills, and commitment. Passionate about your profession, perfectionist, with a strong sense of customer relations and management.

Position Details

CDD full-time until 13/04/2025.

Hours: open 7 days a week, from 8 am to 4:30 am, with a rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Two consecutive days off per week.

Salary: from €2,930 gross/month depending on profile and experience.

Benefits: night hours premium from the first hour, 50% health insurance coverage by employer, meal allowance of €4.22 per meal, agreement on compensatory leave and working time arrangements.

This position is subject to a ministerial approval.
