What You’ll Do:

As a Marketing & Sales Consultant, you will:

  • Make Outbound Calls: Promote and sell our services to potential customers, creating new opportunities and building strong relationships.
  • Maintain Database: Create, update, and manage a comprehensive customer database with detailed information.
  • Build & Consolidate: Expand our customer base while nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.
  • Record Details: Document outbound call history and customer responses accurately.
  • Monitor Competitors: Track competitors' products and services, and develop effective selling strategies for our offerings.
  • Handle Customer Needs: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure follow-up to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong command of English (spoken and written).
  • Previous Sales Experience and experience with CRM systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
  • Goal-Oriented: Comfortable in a goal-driven environment and achieving targets with a broader team.
  • Independent & Team Player: Ability to work independently while thriving in a team setting.
  • Business Acumen: Capable of evaluating multiple business models and developing effective strategies.
  • Customer-Focused: Driven to provide exemplary customer experiences.
