McPhy Energy S.A. recherche un ingénieur en développement de produits pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique à Belfort. Le candidat idéal aura un diplôme en Génie des Procédés, une expérience significative dans les processus industriels, et sera impliqué dans la conception et l'optimisation de nouveaux produits. Vous travaillerez dans un environnement international et innovant, avec un engagement fort envers la sécurité et la responsabilité sociale.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans les processus industriels.
  • Connaissance des processus de gaz et des systèmes de refroidissement.
  • Expérience dans le développement et la normalisation de produits.

Responsabilités

  • Participer au processus de développement de programmes.
  • Concevoir des produits selon des spécifications définies.
  • Fournir un support technique interne/externe pour les activités de processus.

Participate in the development of new products and the standardisation of existing products in its area of activity, in accordance with the development roadmap, standards, and directives, with particular attention to the product's industrialisation and maintenance capacity.

Your main responsibilities

Participate in the program development process :

  • Gather feedback on the area of activity to identify deviations from the nominal operation and generate Non-Conformities and/or Change Sheets.
  • Conduct technical feasibility studies to support preliminary project studies.
  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team to resolve bottlenecks.
  • Participate in optimizing development issues: analyze impact of modifications, steer multi-disciplinary projects, etc.
  • Perform technology watch to identify opportunities for technological innovation through meetings with suppliers and hydrogen-related players.

Design the product according to defined specifications :

  • Propose innovative solutions and design gas plates from A to Z.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks faced by teams (safety levels, space requirements, recommended technologies).
  • Propose designs up to and including tests for qualification.
  • Co-lead safety studies with the MRI department (HAZID, HAZOP).

Provide internal/external technical support for process activities :

  • Support suppliers of critical equipment to ensure schedule adherence.
  • Represent the business area to customers and authorities, answering questions as needed.
  • Train and support the engineering team.
  • Estimate task durations and report technical risks.
  • Manage technical subcontracting: draft specifications and approve proposals.

Your Profile

Education

  • Engineering degree (or equivalent BAC) in Process or Chemical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial processes.
  • Knowledge of gas processes and cooling systems.
  • Experience with product development and standardization processes.
  • Safety studies: HAZID, HAZOP.
  • Knowledge of standards, directives, and regulations in the field.
  • Skills in thermal and fluid calculations.
  • Knowledge of risks like ATEX and Pressure.
  • Proficiency in computer and drawing tools (MS Office) and process simulation software (Aspen HYSYS, ProII, ProSim).
  • Fluency in English; Italian and/or German is a plus.
  • Strong safety culture, activity planning skills, and ability to estimate workload.
  • Creativity, organizational skills, risk anticipation, problem-solving orientation, and communication skills.
  • Solution-oriented, agile, ownership, and initiative.
