The role involves engaging with wholesalers, OEMs, and contractors to drive sales, requiring strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen. Qualifications

  • Experience in Cooling business and energy efficiency (up to 3 years).
  • Knowledge of high pressure water systems applications is a must.

Description du poste

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Responsible for the sales development of the Danfoss Climate Solutions High Pressure Pumps' Product Portfolio in alignment with the overall strategy.

Identify and visit prospect and new customers mainly on indirect channel, as Wholesalers, OEMs, Contractors and Installers.

Continuous visits to Wholesalers, OEMs, Contractors and Installers in the assigned area, technical product presentations, according to the agreed action plan.

Project quotations and negotiation till order placement.

Customers forecasts and account planification.

Sales agreements negotiation.

Organization / participation in exhibitions, seminaries, meetings, according to the agreed plan with direct manager.

Continuous analysis of competitors pricing, solutions, and market penetration (market intelligence).

Oriented to provide value added technical solutions.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.

Technical and or Economical education (Engineering master’s degree will be considered a plus).

French fluent tongue, very good English level.

Knowledge of the most common used software and applications (., SAP, BI, Salesforce, Office, AutoCAD, and others).

Experience (up to 3 years) in Cooling business and energy efficiency, either designing systems or selling components. Knowledge of high pressure water systems applications is a must plus.

Knowledge of existing indirect sales channels and stakeholders is a must plus.

Strong commercial sense and good presentation skills.

Business minded and goal oriented.

Existing network among most relevant Wholesalers, Contractors, and Installers.

Team player.
