As part of the Corporate Development team, you will provide direct support to two members of our Leadership Team, assisting with strategic and operational initiatives.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Operational Support
  2. Assist in executing strategic goals and initiatives
  3. Assist in managing incoming business and operational requests
  4. Lead and manage key projects requiring cross-collaboration, ensuring alignment with business goals
  5. Prepare management presentations (e.g., Steercos) and follow up on actions decided during meetings
  6. Follow up on HR and recruitment-related topics, including strategic recruitments and performance review processes
  7. Support the rollout of the Group's strategic plan and global initiatives, such as deployment of the new Operating Model, internal communication plan, onboarding process, etc., in coordination with other corporate teams
  8. Ensure compliance with corporate policies across all operations

Financials / Reporting

  1. Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  2. Track key business metrics (utilization rates, project profitability, margins) and provide regular updates and insights to the Hub Managing Partners and CEO

Communication

  1. Draft and prepare key communications and presentations for teams
  2. Prepare reports for leadership meetings (e.g., Group ExCo, Management Meetings, Acceleration Board) upon request

Other Projects

  1. Facilitate and support global coordination of IP within the Group, ensuring effective knowledge sharing and alignment on methodologies, technologies, and best practices
  2. Lead and coordinate other special projects as assigned, such as launching new services or activities
  3. Support potential post-merger integrations
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in English and French (oral and written)
  2. First professional experience in consulting, project management, or within a dynamic business environment
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and senior leadership
  4. Ability to think strategically and adapt quickly, while being hands-on and results-oriented
  5. Strong analytical skills
