Job Description:

Expert Tableau – Data Analyst - M/F - Location: Île-de-France | Contract: Permanent | Experience: 3-7 years. Join a strategic project at Synchrone! As an Expert Tableau, you will be responsible for creating dynamic dashboards and implementing data visualization solutions tailored to business needs. You will use Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep to design high-performing, interactive visualizations that turn data into actionable insights for business teams.

Responsibilities include:

• Optimizing data visualizations: applying best practices in Tableau, using advanced features such as complex calculations, sets, parameters, and pivot tables.
• Data preparation and cleaning: using Tableau Prep to prepare and transform data, creating automated data flows.
• Report sharing: using Tableau Server to publish, share, and manage interactive reports securely.
• Training and support: training internal teams on Tableau usage and providing daily support to end-users.

Required skills:

• Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience managing and administering Tableau Server, including permissions, data sources, and report publishing.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, multiple data sources, and relational databases.
