Job Description

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. Deliver superior service by connecting with guests and leading associates.
2. Optimize crew placement for each task on a round-by-round basis.
3. Assist with assigning breaks and tasks within your area.
4. Reinforce AMC's Wardrobe 101 Standards with crew members.
5. Peer coach on sales pitches for AMC Stubs.
6. Resolve guest questions and issues, including pass distribution when appropriate.
7. Focus on friendly, clean, and quick service to ensure overall satisfaction.
8. Follow opening and closing procedures, including various clean-up programs.
9. Support training and execution of safety and cleanliness protocols.
10. Oversee line checks, stocking, and food assembly areas.
11. Distribute and manage cash and inventory, supporting the food and beverage stand.
12. Assist with maintenance, marketing materials, booth operations, and scheduling.
13. Perform crew functions as needed based on business levels.
14. Maintain personal attendance and uphold AMC's standards and compliance.
