Position: Consumer Digital Project Manager – Consumer Solutions

We seek a Digital Project Manager to lead our Digital Services team, focusing on enhancing consumer experiences via our website and mobile platforms. The role involves collaborating with Marketing, IT, Operations, and other stakeholders to develop and deploy digital solutions that improve consumer acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement consumer-centric digital solutions across web, mobile, and communication channels.
  • Define and execute roadmaps for digital service enhancements.
  • Lead international rollout of digital solutions, ensuring alignment with local needs.
  • Facilitate workshops to gather business needs and propose innovative solutions.
  • Collaborate with Business Units, IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Service, and Sales teams to define digital strategy.
  • Manage projects using agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct training for local teams to adopt new digital tools.
  • Monitor market trends to propose innovative solutions in e-commerce and digital engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in B2C digital services, mobile app management, or consumer digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Klaxoon/Miro.
  • Experience with CRM and mobile/web development is a plus.

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (2 days remote work per week).
