In addition to its gaming room open 7 days a week, our establishment also includes a quality restaurant.

We are looking for a MEMBER OF THE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE (H/F) to replace a departing team member.

Main Responsibilities

Reporting to the management, your main duties will include:

• Supervising the operation, control, intervention, and technical investigation of gaming installations
• Controlling compliance with gaming regulations and internal procedures
• Controlling adherence to safety instructions
• Ensuring quality customer relations and Animating the gaming room
• Participating in commercial operations and managing the loyalty program
• Managing the gaming team and Leading the staff
• Supervising administrative documents
• Monitoring external service providers' interventions
• Handling LCB-FT procedures
• Detecting risky behaviors and Participating in the prevention of gambling abuse
• Managing customer follow-up
• Handling conflicts

Profile

• Mastering the operation and management of Slot Machines
• Mastering various table games
• Proficient with IT tools
• Knowledge of gaming regulations
• Existing experience as a Member of the Management Committee (MCD)

Position Details

CDD full-time until 13/04/2025. Working hours: open 7 days a week, from 8:00 to 4:30, with a rotating schedule including mornings, afternoons, and nights. Two consecutive days off weekly.

Salary: starting from €2,930 gross/month depending on profile and experience.

Benefits include night shift premiums from the first hour, 50% employer-covered health insurance, meal allowance of €4.22 per meal, and agreements on compensatory leave and flexible working arrangements.

This position requires ministerial approval.
