We partner with automotive insurance companies, car manufacturers, rental agencies, and mobility providers to offer instant roadside assistance and replacement solutions through our digital platform.

We are seeking a highly motivated customer service professional to join our team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the digital support process and intervening when necessary. Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good knowledge of English are required. Previous experience in operations or customer service is a plus.

This is a part-time role of 30 hours per week, shift-based, with occasional night and weekend shifts. Please send your CV in English.
