Experience and Qualifications

QC Site Manager Responsibilities

• Based in the fabrication yard, coordinate the QC inspectors (welding, mechanical, painting, electrical, corrosion, instrumentation, etc.)
• Check the proper implementation of the Contractor's Project Quality Management System (PQMS) at the site
• Support the Project Quality Manager (PQM) in allocating QC Inspector functions across project areas, ensuring onsite coordination
• Ensure communication of all site QC matters through regular meetings with the RTE Site Manager and project construction team
• Verify that tests, controls, and inspections are conducted and documented according to applicable Master ITPs, ITPs, and mechanical completion procedures
• Ensure Nonconformities are properly captured by the Contractor, and corrective actions are identified and implemented promptly
