Key Responsibilities :

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, leveraging our internal teams' expertise.

You will also be responsible for implementing actions to strengthen support and enhance the value of our services, ensuring lasting and optimized client relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource if needed.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients with recent contact gaps, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and demonstrating our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying risks, detecting potential disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector. Your agile, resourceful, and independent spirit is key!
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a dynamic, scale-up environment
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides)
  • Fluency in English and French is mandatory

Location: Fully remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris
