Role Details:

This is a self-employed, commission-only role. You will receive a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work, with larger projects attracting higher rates.

Responsibilities:

1. Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
2. Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Act as a consultant for client projects.
4. Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Create an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promote our consulting services within your network to encourage cross-referrals.
7. Receive a share of our daily billing, starting at a minimum of €355 per referral work.

• Ability to source leads, close deals, and manage client expectations.
