A leading consulting firm seeks an Associate Principal to join their Total Rewards Advisory team. This role involves delivering innovative rewards solutions to clients across various sectors. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to lead projects, manage client relationships, and develop tailored compensation strategies. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in HR or related fields, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in consulting. This position offers the flexibility to work from anywhere in France with occasional travel to the Paris office.
Please note this role can be based anywhere in France with travel to the Paris office when required.
We all know that great work deserves great compensation. But rewarding deserving professionals is becoming increasingly complex. The workforce is more demanding. There is a focus on transparency, not just at executive level but at the workforce level too. New jobs, with no pay precedent, are emerging all the time. And flatter structures and contingent work forces mean career paths are no longer clear. We understand the differing dynamics of compensation markets around the globe and in all sectors. We know current trends, how to create engaging employee value propositions, and have the right rewards and benefits strategy to accelerate sales. We develop flexible and competitive compensation strategies that align employees and senior executives with the business strategy. And we build thoughtful employee engagement programs that attract and engage a diverse workforce and reinforce company culture and goals.
Associate Principals will work on project teams with more seasoned practitioners and sales colleagues to deliver rewards solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. This is the core delivery level for consultants who have developed an understanding of and experience in applying standard tools to defined problems or for more experienced colleagues. Individuals will typically lead a team or work as part of a team in support of a client and manage their own contribution to ensure fit. They will receive general direction with work being reviewed at project end.
Within French or international project teams, leveraging as needed other Korn Ferry solutions, you will have the opportunity to assist companies of all sectors, from young start-ups to major multinationals, in transformation or at key moments of their development.
May serve as the lead consultant or account manager for mid-size clients, managing client expectations and satisfaction. May interact with client executives during projects and support senior colleagues on larger, more complex projects, potentially leading some client-facing aspects in an area of expertise.
Please send your CV in English. Many thanks.
