Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary contact for clients, analyzing their needs to provide tailored solutions and support.
• Implement actions to strengthen support and enhance the value of services, ensuring lasting relationships.
• Develop and monitor customized reports for clients.
• Manage ad hoc client requests with prompt, tailored responses.
• Oversee client projects to ensure alignment with expectations.
• Organize regular meetings, especially with clients not recently in contact, to maintain relationships.
• Create access and demonstrate our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
• Anticipate client needs and identify potential risks, detecting disputes or contentious situations early.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in a similar role within the service or tech sector.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Slides).
• Fluent in English and French.

Location:

Full remote or based in the 8th arrondissement of Paris.
