Amcor is seeking an Operations Plus Graduate in Continuous Improvement for its AFEMEA Graduate Program starting in October 2025. This 18-month program includes 2 or 3 international rotations, offering a unique opportunity to develop skills in a leading packaging company while engaging in CI initiatives across Europe.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of internship or work experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of French.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles is a plus.

Amcor CI Graduate Program

The next program will start in October 2025.

First 6 months will be in France, followed by 2 rotations in other EU countries.

As an AFEMEA Graduate, you will gain insights into the assigned function from different perspectives by supporting plant-based activities and participating in central European projects with your Sponsor. You will have opportunities to demonstrate your skills across various projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Our Graduate Program is designed for creative, motivated individuals who love learning, embrace challenges, and are adaptable to change.

In your role as Operations Plus Graduate in Continuous Improvement (CI), you will support the deployment of the Operations Plus program in AFEMEA by:

• Participating in Operations Plus (IWS) deployment at sites as part of the CI AFEMEA central team;
• Learning and applying Operations Plus (IWS) principles on the shopfloor;
• Driving CI activities and projects aligned with Operations Plus roll-out;
• Collaborating across teams and sites to share best practices and harmonize CI approaches;
• Engaging CI communities across Business Units, plants, and functions;
• Supporting CI transformation initiatives with the central team;
• Measuring and evaluating the effectiveness of CI initiatives across sites.

What do you need?

Ideally, you will have:

• A Master’s/Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering; an advanced degree in Project Management or Lean/CI is advantageous;
• Evidence of academic achievements or extracurricular activities;
• Up to 2 years of internship or work experience in an industrial environment, with exposure to process engineering, continuous improvement, or project management;
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and understanding of Power BI;
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement principles is a plus;
• Fluency in English and good knowledge of French; knowledge of Italian or Spanish is a plus;
• Proactive, result-oriented, flexible, and collaborative; ability to work in a team;
• Willingness to travel across Europe and work abroad;
• Valid work permit in the EU (not limited to France).
