Job Description:

This role involves working as a SAP HCM Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant on a 6-month fully remote contract. The ideal candidate will have:

1. Advanced experience in SAP ABAP France payroll programming and in-depth Data Dictionary knowledge.
2. Proficiency in creating Schemas and PCRs.
3. Expertise in XML related to SAP products and landscapes.
4. Knowledge of BADIs, implicit & explicit enhancements, and other standard object modification techniques.
5. Experience with SAPscript, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
6. Object-oriented programming skills, including classes and methods.
7. Expertise in Web Services and XI/PI.
8. Knowledge of Security and Authorization Objects for SAP objects, programs, and users.
9. Support development of workflows and custom solutions to meet business needs.
10. Knowledge of portal technologies used within SAP product suite development.

Experience:

• 10+ years of relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
• In-depth knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities.
• Expertise in French payroll configuration, including cycles and schemas.
• Fluent in French (reading and speaking).
• Experience developing in dual-stack SAP environments.
• Participation in at least two complete SAP production implementations.
• Support experience in complex SAP environments with 24/7 operations.
• Experience troubleshooting third-party products interfacing with SAP.
• Development experience with SAP 4.7 - NetWeaver 7.2 BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
• Experience with AMS or other offshore support models.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

• Development experience in SAP HCM and Payroll, specifically French Payroll.
• Proficiency in creating Schemas and PCRs.
