A leading company is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Payroll Techno/Functional Consultant for a fully remote 6-month contract. The role requires extensive knowledge in SAP ABAP payroll programming, French payroll configuration, and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of relevant experience and proficiency in French.

Job Description: SAP HCM Payroll Techno / Functional Consultant

6 Month Fully Remote Contract

Responsibilities:

• Advanced experience in SAP ABAP France payroll programming, with in-depth Data Dictionary knowledge.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCRs.
• Expertise in XML as it relates to SAP products and landscapes.
• Knowledge of BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements, and other standard object modification techniques.
• Experience with SAPscript, Smartforms, and Adobe Forms.
• Experience in Object-Oriented Programming - Classes, Methods.
• Expertise in Web Services and XI/PI.
• Knowledge of Security/Authorization Objects for SAP objects, programs, and users.
• Support development of Workflow and custom solutions to meet business needs.
• Understanding of SAP Portal technologies used in the SAP product suite.

Requirements:

• 10+ years relevant experience as an SAP ABAP France Payroll Developer.
• Deep knowledge of DSN configuration and functionalities.
• Expertise in French payroll configuration, including cycles and schemas.
• Proficiency in French (reading and speaking).
• Experience in development within dual-stack SAP environments.
• At least two complete SAP production implementations supporting development.
• Experience supporting complex SAP environments in 24/7 operations.
• Ability to troubleshoot third-party products interfacing with SAP.
• Development experience with SAP 4.7 - NetWeaver 7.2 BI, PI, SEM, CRM, SCM.
• Experience with AMS or off-shore production support models.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills:

• Development experience in SAP HCM and Payroll, specifically France Payroll.
• Proficient in creating Schemas and PCRs.
