We are launching a new, high-impact team to lead our strategic expansion into the rapidly growing spatial biology segment. We’re seeking top sales and applications talent for a remote sales and customer support role. As Customer Success Manager, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for reagents and Spatial Biology workflows, ensuring customer satisfaction and product optimization. You will also drive sales growth through consultative selling, generating quotes, identifying new opportunities, and managing customer relationships for seamless integration and timely delivery of consumables.

This position reports to the Market Development Manager and is part of the commercial team in EMEA, based in Germany, working remotely to cover EMEA. The ideal candidate should be located in Southern Germany.

Responsibilities include:
  • Providing front-line pre- and post-sales technical support for reagents and workflows, troubleshooting and optimizing products.
  • Engaging in consultative selling and upselling of consumables to research and academic institutions.
  • Generating accurate, competitive quotes aligned with customer needs and budgets.
  • Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction and timely delivery.
Minimum requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting and training in consumable reagents, with strong product knowledge.
  • In-depth understanding of reagents and dyes used in Life Science research.
  • Practical lab experience in Life Science research.
  • Inside sales experience in Life Sciences (preferred).

Experience supporting Spatial Biology workflows is a plus.
