Job Description

This position is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and public relations initiatives that strengthen the company’s brand presence, support business goals, and engage target audiences. This role leads all MARCOM activities including campaigns, events, media relations, digital marketing, and content creation.

  • Develop and execute the annual marketing and communication plan in line with organizational objectives.
  • Manage the brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign creation and execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
  • Draft and distribute press releases, media kits, and manage PR events.
  • Act as a company spokesperson when necessary.
  • Oversee the creation of promotional and marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, presentations, and newsletters.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with brand voice and business goals.
  • Manage company website, social media platforms, and email marketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze online engagement and campaign performance metrics.
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional activities, and post-event analysis.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and audience profiling to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Recommend and implement improvements based on insights.
  • Prepare and manage the marketing and PR budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI tracking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing and communications role, preferably in Hospitality Industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, media relations, and brand management.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and agencies/vendors.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CMS platforms, and social media management.
