Job Description: Candidate Profile

• 4-5 years of experience in onsite services, preferably in manufacturing plants
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective communication across all organizational levels
• Quick learner capable of guiding junior team members
• Team player as well as independent worker
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Languages: Local language and English

Technical Skills

• Proficient in installing and supporting desktops and laptops (Windows and Apple devices)
• Experienced with peripherals such as printers, scanners, and quality control gauges
• Basic troubleshooting and configuration of servers, storage, cabling, switches, firewalls, Wi-Fi access points

Key Responsibilities

• Imaging new devices with Windows 10/11 builds
• Re-imaging and wiping devices upon receipt or return
• Installation and basic troubleshooting of Apple devices
• Supporting peripheral devices and connectivity issues
• Collaborating with infrastructure, application, and network teams
• Managing device security and compliance within endpoint management solutions
• Resolving incidents escalated by ServiceDesk
• Acting as first point of contact for end-user issues
• Managing desktop encryption, antivirus solutions, and configurations
• Supporting audiovisual equipment and printers onsite

Networking & Security

• Initial configuration of firewalls, switches, and Wi-Fi access points

Data Center / Server Room Support

• Onsite hardware and software support within data centers
• Physical support for issues that cannot be resolved remotely
• Maintaining data center hygiene and safety
• Managing scheduled power activities and liaising with third-party providers

Asset Management

• Coordinating asset procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management
• Registering assets and managing lease and disposal processes

Client Coordination

• Participating in disaster recovery activities
• Coordinating maintenance activities to minimize business impact
• Managing access requests and changes in data center facilities

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintaining asset and process documentation
• Generating asset and utilization reports
