• Contract Trading: Well known for its contract trading services, allowing users to trade contracts on major cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin. Supports spot trading of various digital assets like Bitcoin, Ether, USDT, and more.
• Social Trading: As the Director of Operations, you will manage and optimize daily operations, ensure platform efficiency and compliance, and provide operational advice to management.
• Team Management and Development: Develop and implement performance evaluation and incentive programs to motivate the operations team.
• Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee compliance and risk management strategies.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze operational data, identify trends, and support decision-making with reports and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial industry is preferred.
• At least 5-7 years of operation management experience, including 3 years in team management.
• Familiarity with decentralized exchanges (DEX), platform operation management, cross-border e-commerce, or globalization platforms is preferred.
• Fluent in English, capable of effective communication with international teams.
