Une entreprise dynamique cherche un Head of People en freelance pour diriger leur vision RH et accompagner une équipe internationale de freelances passionnés par le sport et la santé. Ce rôle entièrement à distance requiert un niveau natif de français, ainsi qu'une maîtrise de l'anglais, et vise à établir des processus de travail collaboratifs et efficaces.

Qualifications

• Parfaitement francophone avec d'excellentes compétences en communication.
• Anglais courant, à l'aise dans un contexte international.
• Expérience de travail en freelance et esprit collaboratif.

Responsabilités

• Soutenir les managers dans la prise de décisions d'embauche réfléchies.
• Contribuer à l'évolution des processus RH et à l'implémentation d'un nouveau HRIS.

Head of People (Freelance – Full Remote, Europe-Based)

We're on a mission to transform lives through personalized coaching — and we’re looking for a Head of People to help us scale!

As Head of People, you’ll lead the HR vision for a fast-growing, fully remote team of freelancers who share a passion for sport & health. You’ll focus on building smart processes, improving collaboration, and supporting a vibrant, international team dynamic.

This is a freelance role, open to candidates based anywhere in Europe. You must be a native French speaker and fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Support managers in making thoughtful hiring decisions, and leverage skill mapping to create smoother onboarding and meaningful collaborations.
• Contribute to the evolution of our HR processes, including the potential finalization and implementation of a new HRIS to better support our growing freelance team.

Requirements:

• Native French speaker with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English, comfortable working in an international context.
• A freelancer with a collaborative mindset and remote work experience.
