Position Purpose:

The Specialist - Talent Acquisition will source candidates, screen resumes, pre-screen candidates, facilitate assessments, conduct TA interviews, endorse candidates for Ops interviews, endorse for offers, perform recruitment admin tasks, maintain recruiting trackers, and complete other tasks as assigned by the leadership team.

Job Requirements:

  • Perform administrative tasks to support recruiting efforts
  • Assist with screening applicants/resumes and coordinating interviews
  • Help with job fairs and college recruiting events
  • Create job postings and generate reports from our Applicant Tracking System
  • Coordinate background checks with our Background Screening Vendor, notify relevant personnel about onboarding progress, and schedule new employee orientations

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience in the US
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to plan, organize, and meet strict hiring deadlines
  • Capable of processing high volumes of detailed work quickly
  • Manage TA situations effectively, including high-volume scheduling
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
  • Reliable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps for remote work
  • Willingness to work night shifts (Monday-Friday) with weekends off
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for Windows
