As a result of this growth, they need to bring in a eCommerce Manager to come in and drive their D2C growth. They have a very dynamic and fast-paced culture, akin to a start-up mentality. In this role you report into the VP of Marketing and work cross-functionally with teams across the business including Marketing, Category and Product to drive the performance of the website. The three principal aims for this role will be driving sales, optimising the user experience and creating a seamless customer journey.
