Our client is a French SME, a manufacturer that has developed a comprehensive service around label manufacturing. Its clients come from various sectors. To support the company's growth, we are seeking a future Regional Sales Representative for the North and Île-de-France regions (11 departments).

Role as a Traveling Technical Sales Representative (H/F):

You will be responsible for developing your sector's business and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Reporting to the Sales Director, your missions include:

  1. Managing a prospecting territory;
  2. Analyzing potential and implementing a development strategy;
  3. Acquiring and retaining a customer portfolio;
  4. Providing technical advice to clients;
  5. Developing commercial offers (product recommendations and pricing);
  6. Negotiating proposals and closing deals;
  7. Reporting your sales activities;
  8. Staying informed about competitors, products, trends, etc.

This position is based on home office, covering zones 51/02/59/55.

Candidate profile:

With a commercial background, you have a minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in adhesive labels, printed products, or packaging sectors.

We seek a candidate with a hunter's mindset: someone who enjoys fieldwork and prospecting. Conquering new clients is crucial.

The second phase involves client retention and follow-up.

You are personable, dynamic, organized, proactive, and enjoy interacting with clients to foster loyalty. Recognized for your challenge-loving attitude and reactivity, you manage your priorities well, work autonomously, and collaborate with teams like administration, logistics, and transport.

Compensation includes a fixed salary plus variable components (package around 39K EUR), a company vehicle (5 seats), 13th-month bonus, and profit sharing.
