Role:

MediTech Access is looking for a Senior Consultant / Project Lead (m/f) Market Access

Reporting to the General Manager and President, your responsibilities include:

  • Driving the global market access strategy for a range of health technologies and medical devices throughout their lifecycle.
  • Planning and executing market access strategies for clients.
  • Supporting the General Manager in managing the Market Access team (5 members + 1-2 trainees).
  • Representing the Pricing and Market Access Unit in project teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with the country General Manager to define strategies.
  • Engage with local payers and health authorities, attending negotiations as needed.
  • Provide updates on pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory developments in European countries.
  • Support strategic access planning and evidence generation.
  • Manage stakeholder mapping at the national level.
  • Promote a culture of integrity and ethics, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
Candidate Profile:
  • Degree in medicine, pharmacy, science, pharmaco-economics, or related fields.
  • Excellent business English skills.
  • Minimum three to five years' experience in market access, health economics, or reimbursement, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, HTA organizations, or consulting.
  • Experience with HTA outcomes and negotiations with health authorities is preferred.
  • International experience and understanding of payor/HTA environments across regions.
  • Ability to lead multidisciplinary and multicultural teams autonomously.
  • Strong influencing, negotiation, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Global vision with the ability to identify key issues and develop strategic solutions.
  • Creative and open-minded approach.
