Main duties and responsibilities

About the job
We are opening a brand-new vacancy to support our Sales team in expanding Kronospan activities,

Your day-to-day work revolves around the following:

- Customer orders processing: offer preparation, order acceptance, processing and follow-up support;
- Preparation of loading list;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service;
- Close cooperation with the external sales team, logistics, planning department, and credit control;
- Daily business communication via email and/or by phone.

Requirements

Our perfect match for this role is someone business-oriented, highly reliable with a certain interest in industrial environments.

Also, to be our future Inside Sales Clerk, you must answer the following prerequisites:

- Excellent command of English and German or French or Dutch;
- Good understanding of sales principles and customer service;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- High motivation and commitment;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Independent working style;
- Proven experience in a sales environment is preferred.
