Key Responsibilities:

As the primary point of contact for our clients, your mission is to analyze and understand their needs to provide tailored solutions and high-quality support, relying on our internal teams.

You will also implement actions to strengthen support and enhance the value of our services, ensuring lasting and optimized relationships.

Your main responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and monitoring customized reports, ensuring clients have access to this resource.
  2. Managing ad hoc client requests, providing prompt and tailored responses.
  3. Monitoring and overseeing client projects, ensuring alignment with expectations.
  4. Organizing regular meetings, especially with clients who haven't been in recent contact, to maintain close relationships.
  5. Creating access and providing technical demonstrations of our platform, tailoring presentations to user needs.
  6. Anticipating client needs and identifying potential risks, detecting possible disputes or contentious situations in advance.

Requirements:

  1. At least a first significant experience in a similar role in the service or tech sector. Your agility, resourcefulness, and independence are key!
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills
  3. Quick learner with the ability to work effectively in a constantly evolving scale-up environment
  4. Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PPT, Google Sheets, Slides)
  5. Fluency in both English and French is mandatory

Location: Full remote or based in 8th arrondissement of Paris
