What you will be doing:
Completing customer compliance questionnaires
Contract negotiations with customers
Review & approval of supplier contracts
Maintenance of our legal entities in Europe and further corporate housekeeping
Maintenance and development of our privacy program
Ensuring that our policies remain compliant with applicable regulations
What we will love about you:
You are fluent in English and German, and French or Italian is a plus.
You are a fully qualified lawyer with at least 1 year PQE.
You have deep understanding of the legal system in Germany, Switzerland or Austria.
You have a passion for solving legal challenges in an efficient and solution-oriented way.
Rigorous, attentive to detail, and able to provide clear and concise explanations.
You are a strong communicator and confident discussing legal topics with both lawyers and non-lawyers.
As a strong analytical thinker, you thrive understanding and adjusting complex contractual agreements.

3 months:
You have conducted your first contract review and have participated in a negotiation with a customer.
You have successfully executed your first corporate housekeeping project.
You are autonomously reviewing and approving supplier contracts.
You have successfully completed your first customer compliance questionnaire.
6 months:
You are independently partnering with Sales and Customer Success to close customer contracts.
You have reviewed and improved some of our compliance programs.
You are proactively supporting our business stakeholders from the business unit or group with corporate admin topics.
