FIXED TERM CONTRACT - Procurement Planner (M / F / X)

The position is based in Neuilly-sur-Seine.

Reporting to the Sephora Collection Supply Manager, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following responsibilities:

1. Operationally manage an MRP (Material Requirements Planning) system, considering:

• Supplier capacity
• Creation of packaging and finished product packaging plans
• Working on forecasts transmitted to suppliers
• Supplier management with different Incoterms

Send and track the order portfolio with subcontractors.

Monitor production and control stock levels.

Ensure weekly management of the article catalog, including:

• Monitoring supplier delays
• Analyzing impacts and implementing action plans
• Securing communication from subcontractors regarding timing and quantities for proper information flow to the Supply Planning team
• Managing supplier issues during warehouse receptions

Develop knowledge of subcontractors and mastery of their production tools.

Manage the launch phase of new products by:

• Collaborating with purchasing and development teams on supplier selection, quantities, and lead times to ensure product sustainability at restocking
• Setting up production rates and planning according to supplier capacities
• Ensuring database parameters are reliable (nomenclatures, supply parameters)

Manage the end-of-life of products by placing last orders to secure final sales while limiting obsolescence.

Implement reporting tools and optimize existing systems.

Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess performance, including:

• Service rate
• Stock levels and coverage
• Obsolescence and depreciation of stock
• On-time/in-full supplier deliveries
• Purchasing turnover
• Fill rate
