Position Details:

• Commission: Minimum €355 per day for all referral work. Larger projects may attract higher rates.

Role Responsibilities:

• Source your own clients and refer them through our network.
• Our office team manages client contracts and billing.
• Act as a consultant on client projects.
• Build and maintain client relationships for ongoing instructions.
• Create an independent client referral pipeline.
• Promote our consulting services within your network and encourage cross-referrals.
• Earn a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral work, higher for larger projects.

Candidate Requirements:

• Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
• Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
• Professional communication skills and grammar.
