As part of the Global Digital & Omnichannel team, reporting to the Head of Business Performance & Digital Platform, you will manage the performance of the global e-Commerce business across all zones. You will be responsible for forecasting, monitoring, and analyzing sales performance across different regions and categories, providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize operations and client experience. You will work closely with finance, supply chain, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and coordination. You will also manage a team of 3 talents.

Missions

  • Business Planning
  • Build the central E-commerce sales yearly & monthly “Best Estimate” by zone at universe and category levels, considering market trends, historical data, collections or product launches, and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze and consolidate revenue forecasts for all zones to align on commercial ambitions, involving e-Merchandising, finance, and supply chain teams.
  • Translate sales plans into Performance KPIs with targets and benchmarks for each zone.
  • Contribute to budget and P&L constructions and follow-ups in collaboration with controlling and zones.
  • Develop seasonal sales objectives prior to showrooms, coordinating central and local teams, and ensuring compliance with rules and deadlines.
  • Business Monitoring
  • Lead weekly performance reviews, providing actionable insights on risks and opportunities using various data points.
  • Suggest actions and growth opportunities based on observed or anticipated gaps.
  • Digital Platform & Omnichannel Service Performance
  • Establish key OKRs and KPIs for digital products, defining achievable targets to maximize impact.
  • Set up relevant KPIs and reports for central and local teams to support WW Omnichannel ambitions.
  • Reporting & Client Satisfaction
  • Develop reporting tools and dashboards on POWER-BI with data teams to enhance visibility and ensure data quality.
  • Collaborate on client feedback initiatives, including monitoring Net Promoter Score (NPS).

Profil

You have at least 7 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Performance, or Business Planning, preferably in luxury or fashion industries.

You possess strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI, Google Analytics, etc.).

You have a solid understanding of E-commerce and Omni-Retail ecosystems and drivers of sales and conversion.

You demonstrate high business acumen, customer orientation, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights quickly.

You are autonomous, proactive, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders and large meetings.

You have excellent communication and presentation skills, effective with cross-functional and international teams.

You are fluent in English.
