Job Description
Position Location: Hôpital Paris Saint-Joseph, 185 rue Raymond Losserand, 75014 Paris.
The Pathological Anatomy and Cytology Department is part of the Medical-Technical Pole of the Hospital.
Two sites of activity: Hôpital Paris Saint Joseph (Macroscopy and Technical) and Hôpital Marie Lannelongue (Macroscopy).
Main Missions
- Equipment maintenance (incubators, centrifuges, etc.) and premises
- Stock management: checking stocks and preparing reagent and consumable orders before approval by the technical referent, pharmacy orders using PHARMA software
- Receiving and storing orders according to department storage rules
- Archiving and de-archiving slides and blocks
- Logistics
Qualifications
Required degrees and qualifications:
- Ability to prioritize and take responsibility
- Rigorous, diligent, and reactive
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
Desired experience:
- Previous experience in laboratory secretarial management preferred
