Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot machines using the TIA Portal console.
  • Ensure the execution and follow-up of the AUTOMATISM action plan at the Lear LOIRE plant.
  • Carry out mechanical and electrical repairs when staff are on duty.
  • Oversee Riveting Process activities, including parameters, capabilities, and tooling status.
  • Search for solutions and improvements in manufacturing processes to reduce breakdowns.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Master's degree / DUT GE.
  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Good knowledge of mechanics, electricity, hydraulics, and robotics is preferred.
  • Proficiency with SIEMENS S7 TIA Portal.
  • Fluent in both English and French, spoken and written.
