About the role
A brand-new Greek restaurant in the stunning Uluwatu area of Bali is seeking a dynamic Floor Manager to play a pivotal role in establishing our premier dining experience. This full-time position offers the chance to shape the front-of-house operations and deliver exceptional Greek hospitality.

What you'll be doing:

Supervise and inspire the front-of-house team, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring seamless teamwork.

Cultivate an exceptional guest experience, bringing the warmth and spirit of Greek hospitality to every table.

Orchestrate the smooth flow of guests, manage reservations with efficiency, and optimize seating arrangements.

Oversee inventory and stock levels for front-of-house supplies, placing timely orders to maintain optimal par levels.

Address guest feedback and resolve any concerns with grace and professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of our front-of-house team, fostering their growth.

Collaborate closely with the kitchen, management, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and successful restaurant operation.

Maintain a pristine and safe environment, ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations.

What we're looking for:

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in floor management or a supervisory role within a restaurant setting.

A proven ability to lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding customer service, ideally with exposure to diverse service styles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both staff and guests.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making acumen, with a proactive approach to finding effective solutions.

A solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and basic cost awareness.

Familiarity with health, safety, and licensing regulations relevant to the hospitality industry in Bali.

An adaptable and resilient nature, thriving in the dynamic environment of a new and growing restaurant.

A genuine passion for hospitality and an appreciation for Greek culture and cuisine would be a significant plus!
