JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Retail Area Manager, the In Store Operations Supervisor manages all aspects of the Church’s Paris stores operations, ensuring procedures, back-of-house management, repairs, and e-commerce are efficiently handled to support business and deliver a high standard of customer experience. Assists the Store Operations team in implementing store activities in line with corporate guidelines, policies, procedures, and KPIs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Inventory management
• Plan and execute stock takes and cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and report to SM and A.
• Ensure compliance with inventory policies and procedures.
• Manage stock movements, including transfers, repairs, and liaising with logistics.
• Oversee e-commerce operations to meet KPI standards for lead time, refusal rate, and packaging.
• Lead product care initiatives to maintain high standards.
• Optimize space organization for efficiency and product care.
• Flag overstock concerns proactively.
• Support stock-related activities across departments.
Policies and procedures
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Support store teams in policy adherence and training.
• Communicate proactively about non-compliance issues.
• Assist in rolling out new operational projects.
Store Administration and After Sales/Repairs
• Ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Oversee documentation and process for repairs and after-sales.
• Manage stock of packaging and stationary within budget.
• Ensure proper archiving of administration audits.
Store Environment
• Maintain store facilities and internal areas to high standards.
• Coordinate store maintenance, renovations, and technical needs.
• Ensure health & safety and security guidelines are followed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local legislation and safety protocols.
Team Supervising
• Provide feedback and support to store teams.
• Assist in operational planning to meet store demands.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
