Position Overview

As a Communications Officer within the People Development and Wellbeing (PDW) team, you will shape and implement communication strategies aligning with team objectives. Your responsibilities include internal communication planning, event coordination, content creation, document management, data analysis, and evaluation of communication efforts.

You will work closely with various PDW teams to ensure effective stakeholder engagement.

Main Responsibilities

  • Communication Strategy Development: Develop and implement internal communication strategies based on team needs, designing comprehensive plans with clear initiatives and objectives.
  • Event Coordination: Organize internal events, manage logistics, prepare agendas, coordinate speakers and participants, and utilize tools like Klaxoon to boost engagement.
  • Content Creation: Create presentations, banners, and articles for internal platforms, promoting initiatives like diversity, inclusion, and training programs.
  • Data Quality & Analysis: Participate in data quality projects, perform analysis to support decision-making, and develop actionable reports.
  • Document Management: Maintain internal documents, ensuring they are current and accessible.
  • Process Evaluation: Conduct surveys and collect feedback to assess and improve communication strategies and data initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong experience in communication and content creation across formats
  • Understanding of data quality principles and analysis techniques
  • Advanced skills in Excel and data analysis tools
  • Excellent event planning and coordination skills
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools like Klaxoon and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing internal documents and data systems

Language: English (operational proficiency)

Your Background

  • Experience working with diverse and multicultural teams

Education: Business School, Communication School, University Master 1 or Master 2 level
