Job Description:

This position's responsibilities are carried out within the framework of a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate is a motivated apprentice joining our Safety-Environment-Quality of Life department. You will be responsible for:

1. Participating in the promotion of safety, environment, and prevention policies at the Clamart headquarters.
2. Updating the Unique Document in collaboration with CSSCT members and monitoring its action plan.
3. Proposing tools for the animation and deployment of the DUER, subject to budget approval.
4. Preparing the annual SSCT report and the PAPRIPACT.
5. Co-hosting the Newcomers' Day for safety topics.
6. Monitoring safety training completion via e-learning.
7. Creating communication supports on safety.
8. Fostering a safety culture at the headquarters.
9. Raising alerts on health, safety, and environmental risks.
10. Raising awareness on Sustainable Development through newsletters and internal events.
11. Tracking and analyzing workplace accidents, proposing communication and action plans.
12. Contributing ideas for implementing HSE programs.

Working closely with the service assistant, occupational health nurse, and other stakeholders involved in health, safety, and environment.

Qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Master’s program in Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Health & Environment.
• Knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory aspects of QSE.
• Experience with the Document Unique (creation or update).
• Rigorous, autonomous, proactive, attentive, responsive, with pedagogical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good command of English.
