The Role

Kyndryl seeks a strategic, creative, and experienced B2B Marketing professional to lead Field Marketing for key accounts or a cluster of accounts. This high-visibility role focuses on scaling growth within key accounts and establishing strong relationships at senior levels, both internally and externally. The role involves building Kyndryl's reputation and developing high-value marketing programs that deliver measurable results at the account level, in collaboration with the account team.

The ABM Field Marketing Manager is crucial to account success, fostering deep partnerships with sales and account teams. They bring comprehensive knowledge of the market, ecosystem, customer pain points, and Kyndryl’s services to co-create marketing strategies that enhance reputation and foster business growth.

Who You Are
  • Define and execute Account-Based Marketing strategies based on customer needs.
  • Build credible relationships, demonstrate strong communication and influence skills to partner effectively with customers, and improve business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with marketing to craft targeted messages, value propositions, content, channels, and calls to action for top accounts.
  • Work with marketing to develop campaign concepts, content, messaging tests, and creative assets to boost brand awareness, conversion, and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Partner with sales to develop account-specific marketing plans that enhance relationships, reputation, and revenue.
  • Manage project timelines, quality, resources, and budgets effectively.
  • Deeply understand customer needs, market trends, and technology developments within key accounts to identify new opportunities.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of the business, its services, differentiation, and customer pain points.
  • Create account-specific content that educates target audiences and builds credibility at industry events.
  • Work with sales to develop customer advocacy, trust, and loyalty, translating these into compelling stories for industry programs.
  • Track KPIs outlined in marketing plans to measure and optimize impact on reputation, relationships, and business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong organizational relationships, working closely with marketing leadership and peers.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Experience in services consulting.
  • 5+ years in account-based marketing, particularly in high tech and financial services sectors.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement account-based marketing programs.
  • Strong understanding of cloud and emerging technologies, with the ability to incorporate them into strategic programs.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English, including writing and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to achieve results.
