A leading recruitment firm seeks a Recruitment Consultant to join their team in France. This role offers exceptional recruiters the autonomy to manage their own desk with comprehensive infrastructure and support. Successful candidates will have 2-3 years of recruitment experience and will thrive in a commission-based model with no overhead or arbitrary targets.

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in 360 or agency recruitment.
