Job Description
Mission
The Marketing Project Coordinator’s mission is to ensure the smooth execution of marketing initiatives and communication efforts across the organization. Acting as the central hub of the marketing team, this role will coordinate key projects, provide strategic support, and drive alignment between internal and external stakeholders to ensure the company’s brand and communication goals are achieved effectively.
Main Activities
- Marketing Administration: Manage and organize marketing materials, ensuring timely updates and availability for all team members. Track project milestones and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Project Coordination: Lead the planning and execution of small to medium-sized marketing projects, coordinating with various departments to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
- Campaign Management Support: Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including gathering performance data and insights, and collaborating with agencies and the digital team to optimize campaign results.
- Internal Communications: Facilitate internal communications to ensure that key marketing and branding updates are shared across teams. Support developing and distribute internal newsletters or updates to keep the company informed on marketing activities.
- Internal Brand Control: Help maintain internal brand consistency by overseeing the use of brand assets, ensuring alignment with the company’s tone, visual guidelines, and core messaging across all internal communications.
- Budget Monitoring: Assist in tracking the marketing budget, helping to ensure financial resources are allocated properly and that campaigns are cost-effective.
- Vendor & Partner Coordination: Support relationships with external vendors, creative agencies, and other partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the company’s standards.
- Reporting & Analytics: Gather and compile data for marketing reports, assisting in the analysis of campaign performance, KPIs, and marketing ROI. Prepare presentations and insights for senior management.

Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Experience in project management and coordination

- Fluent in English, French and/or German is an asset
