As part of a replacement, we are recruiting an Operations Manager (Executive Status – Permanent Contract).
Reporting to the General Director and a member of the management team,
the holder of the position supervises the Purchasing, Production, Supply Chain, and Industrialization services (approximately 20 people). You are responsible for the entire production process, as well as the quality, costs, and timelines of the products. You ensure the efficiency of the entire Supply Chain. Furthermore, you manage and oversee your budgets: production investments (assembly, control means) and infrastructure. Finally, you are responsible for the application of the Group's procedures/rules, safety, and team management.

What we expect from you:
With an engineering degree (mechanical, electromechanical, production, or purchasing), you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in production management within a medium-sized industry (autonomous production unit of about 20 people), integrated into an international group. Your responsibilities include overseeing production in small and medium series, continuous improvement, change management, and problem-solving. You can rely on your skills in Production, Supply Chain, Lean manufacturing, Industrialization, and Quality to successfully carry out your missions.
With a strong customer orientation, you are recognized for your leadership and your sense of organization and planning. You are committed to supporting your team daily and fostering their skill development.
Proficiency in SAP is a plus.
Your very good level of English combined with your interpersonal skills will enable you to successfully carry out your missions. More generally, you contribute to the development of the company's values by being open to new ideas and experiences, agile, interactive, proactive, and result-oriented.
