We invite charismatic and motivated Consultants to join our team. Please note this is a self-employed, commission-only role, with a minimum daily rate of €355 for referral work. Larger projects may offer higher rates.

Brief role responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing clients and referring them through our network.
2. Our team manages client contracts and billing.
3. Acting as a consultant on client projects.
4. Building and maintaining client relationships for ongoing instructions.
5. Creating an independent client referral pipeline.
6. Promoting our consulting services within your network and encouraging cross-referrals.
7. Receiving a share of our daily billing, with a minimum of €355 per referral, higher for larger projects.

To be considered, candidates should have:

1. Consulting experience in one of the specified practice areas.
2. Ability to source leads, canvass, close deals, and manage client expectations.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
5. Professional grammar and telephone manner.
