Responsibilities:

• Understand, believe in, and uphold PCRK Group and Massage Envy's Mission, Vision and Values
• Ensure their location is performing and has a laser focus in each functional area of the OKR (Net Active Member Gain, Service Hours, Guests, and Enhancements)
• Monitor staffing levels across all departments and ensure all positions are staffed appropriately
• Coach, develop, and retrain underperformers in sales and service expectations
• Ensure all licensure, training, and documentation comply with state/federal/franchisor/company regulations and are current
• Continuously train team on soft skills, business acumen, and metrics to promote professional development
• Facilitate the resolution of customer service issues and identify systemic opportunities for improvement
• Promote and implement new products, services, and initiatives
• Manage location's payroll entry and inventory
• Review payroll, inventory, and reports to identify errors and opportunities for profitability
• Host monthly Performance Coaching Plans and collaborate with the Area Director to address performance issues and recognize achievements

Requirements
