Job Title: Qualitative Moderator

The mission of the Qualitative Moderator is to provide high-quality moderation and deliverables on qualitative projects for both Med Planet and sister companies within the M3 group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology, and diagnostics.
  2. Project management: client briefing, discussion guide / questionnaire creation, execution of individual interviews and group discussions.
  3. Conception, preparation, and presentation of results reports.
  4. Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications:

Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Experience with a range of market research projects is preferred.
  • Self-motivated with exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving service quality.
  • Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team to meet departmental objectives.
