We are looking for a Datacenter Hands & Feet IT Support to join our team at a client’s facility in Buc (78), France. This role is offered on a 12-month contract to start ASAP.
The Datacenter Hands & Feet IT Support L2 will be required to support operational work for a small/medium client. Responsibilities include performing IMACD (Installation, Move, Add, Change, Disposal) services of Data Center and network equipment, troubleshooting fiber link issues between switches, supporting end devices like AR Headsets, Clocks, WiFi heart monitors, Puppy Cube Projectors, etc. Detailed instructions and support will be provided prior to work execution.
Assist network and data center admins (Internal, Customer, Vendor) during technical troubleshooting. Provide hands-on experience in large/medium enterprise Data Centers or hosting sites with Servers, Storage, and Network devices. Support on-call after hours for P2 issues.
Requirements include an IT Diploma/certifications with 3 to 6 years of experience, understanding of Data Center Infrastructure Management applications, exposure to ITIL framework (preferably with Remedy ITSM tool), and fluency in French and good technical English for communication with international teams.
