We are looking for a Sales Account Manager France to join our Personal Care team.

This job will report to the Sales Manager Europe. This is a home-based role and can be located anywhere in France. It will require travelling (approx. 60%) to visit customers and connect with the central services headquartered nearby Paris.

What you'll do:

  • As a Sales Account Manager, you will visit customers across your territory (key accounts in France) to create opportunities and deploy necessary strategies and actions, both technical and commercial, to secure growth. You will create and follow up a diversification program to secure activity through all our areas of expertise.
  • As part of a dynamic team, you will collaborate with internal teams that will support and ensure your success!
  • As part of your multiple activities, you will report in a timely manner on common platforms used and communicate accordingly with our different support services, and participate regularly in meetings to follow up your projects and needs.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master's Degree required in chemistry, chemical engineering or related discipline.
  • A minimum of 10 years successful experience in B2B technical sales (personal/home care, chemicals, etc.) that reflects high productivity of measurable results, and managing multinational accounts.
  • A strategic approach to developing and winning business, being savvy at selling highly technical, value-added solutions to a professional audience.
  • Fluent in English & French.
  • The drive and passion to win in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
