Consumer Digital Project Manager – Consumer Solutions: We are seeking a Digital Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of digital services aimed at enhancing consumer experiences on our website and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Operations to create seamless, customer-centric solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Co-designing consumer-centric digital solutions across digital platforms.
  2. Defining and executing digital service improvement roadmaps.
  3. Leading international roll-outs aligned with local needs.
  4. Organizing workshops to gather business needs and propose solutions.
  5. Collaborating with Business Units, IT, Marketing, Design, Customer Service, and Sales teams.
  6. Driving agile project management to ensure timely delivery.
  7. Facilitating training for local teams on digital solutions.
  8. Monitoring market trends to propose innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in B2C digital services, mobile app management, or consumer digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English and French.
  • Strong knowledge of digital tools such as MS Office, Google Analytics, Jira, Confluence, Figma, Klaxoon/Miro.
  • Experience with CRM and mobile/web development is a plus.

Location: Issy-les-Moulineaux, France, with 2 days of home office per week.
